Simple outdoor grilling is my favorite when we are running and gunning in the summertime with everyone's schedules. In 20 minutes my pink Himalayan Salt Rox block is hot and ready to grill. Another 10 minutes and I have perfectly cooked medium rare buttery steaks and roasted asparagus with home grown tomatoes. I never would have thought to grill tomatoes on the salt block but one of our chefs let us in on this culinary secret!
